The Challenge
Twitter (X) was investing heavily in new platform features designed to expand functionality and evolve beyond its core use case. But adoption lagged.
Leadership believed the issue was awareness, if users and agencies knew about the features, they would use them. Despite this assumption, engagement remained low, and the return on product investment was unclear.
At risk was more than feature adoption. Without meaningful usage, Twitter’s ability to evolve the platform, and justify continued innovation, was in jeopardy.

What We Did
