Once the project is approved, we’ll work with you to create the Project Charter—the governing document for your project so that everyone knows what to expect, including
  • costs,
  • processes,
  • tasks, and 
  • timelines. 
We’ll put together a budget plan and create a structure for your project. We’ll also define how to approach vendors and create RFIs and RFPs to get the project moving.
At the end of this phase, you’ll receive complete documentation on company requirements, including the business case, request for proposal (RFP), Project Charter, and overall roadmap for execution. You can be on your way or we can help with the next phase.

Execute the project

We’ll review the RFIs and RFPs to help you select the right team of vendors. While we have our preferred vendor partners, we don’t receive a financial incentive from any vendor. Every business is different, and the mix will be different every time. We’re committed to helping you choose vendors that will work best for you.

Once you decide on the right vendor partners, we will

  • contract with them on your behalf,
  • develop the team to launch your project,
  • manage the budge, and
  • manage project communications.

We will also execute the project and handle change management.
